A quick reminder: the benefits of CBD oil !
CBD oil has many benefits: its properties have a direct effect on the body's cannabinoid system, and are easily assimilated by the body.
The benefits of CBD :
Super anxiolytic and soothing power:
CBD is mainly consumed for this primary reason: to combat the stress and tension we put our bodies through.
It's a great help in relaxing and loosening muscles.
If stress weighs you down during the day, it can also be the source of a lot of insomnia.
CBD oil will help you fall asleep, without knocking you out.
All we're talking about here is relaxation, which is essential for a good night's sleep.
Anti-inflammatory and pain relief:
If you suffer from inflammatory diseases or chronic illnesses caused by certain types of inflammation, CBD willgently relieve theinflammation, without becoming habit-forming.
For example, if you're prone to migraines, it will soothe the symptoms.
CBD also plays a role in relieving menstrual pain. If the inflammation is cutaneous (skin problems) CBD will calm these same inflammations, and cure certain skin problems.
Excellent antioxidants:
Antioxidation plays a key role not only in health and longevity, but also in your physical appearance.
In fact, skin aging is due to oxidation.
By consuming CBD, you'll prevent oxidation of the other molecules around it.
CBD oil, ideal in your dishes!
First tip: essential before you start cooking with CBD:
CBD is not water-soluble, so always mix it with a fatty substance to take full advantage of its properties.
By combining your CBD oil (or even flowers) with butter, olive oil or coconut milk, for example, you can considerably boost the effects of the molecule!
To follow the CBD Deli Hemp recipes, use CBD oil in the % you prefer, depending on your habits. If you want more effects, use an oil with a higher % (from 25% CBD).
What's the difference betweenCBD oil and edible hemp oil?
Hemp oil does not contain the CBD molecule.
But it's no less interesting for its health benefits!
The difference is that it won't have a direct effect on your psyche(stress, anxiety, sleep disorders), but regular consumption ofedible hemp oil will ensure good health.
Hemp oil, as a vegetable oil, is nutritionally interesting: it's packed with vitamins, and is rich in minerals and omega 6, 8 and 10.
